What is the Essentials Program?

To answer this, we start by defining our ideals of what "Essential" means to us:

ESSENTIALS are items that many take for granted and are at most people’s disposal on a regular basis. We're committed to serving individuals experiencing housing instability and in need of fundamental items.

Essential Packages include: Personal hygiene items such as soap, mouthwash, toothbrushes and toothpaste, deodorant, disposable cleaning cloths, etc.

Individuals and families transitioning into housing require household cleaners, brooms, mops, blankets, sheets, dishes, cutlery, slippers, underwear, etc.

Food Banks supply nourishment and groceries, furniture banks provide furniture, but people in need also require fundamental items to stabilize and elevate themselves and their families.

Apassage Atlanta creates personalized ESSENTIAL packages based on a person or a family's needs.
